Not enough time to shop in-store? Need not worry. Thanks to DECIEM.com, you can still enjoy your most-loved products. You don’t have to be a registered member to do so, as purchasing as a guest is allowed. The retailer accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and credit card gift cards.
DECIEM ships across Canada via Canada Post, and the delivery time varies depending on your location in Canada. For example, orders shipping to Canada East typically take up to 5 – 7 business days to arrive, and those shipping to Canada West usually arrive in 10 – 12 business days. Various factors, such as holidays and bad weather, may lead to delays.
Only standard shipping is available at this time, but according to the information available on the retailer’s website, expedited shipping may also be available in the future. The shipping fee is 4.99 CAD, but if you spend over 25 CAD, you will benefit from free shipping.

To be accepted for a return, the items must be at least 50% full. However, items that have been purchased as a set or bundle must be returned in full to be accepted. Exclusions apply, and final sale products are not eligible for returns. Plus, gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash where applicable laws require it.
DECIEM does not offer exchanges at this moment, and shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders. You can return online orders in-store or by mail. If you choose to return the items in-store, make sure you have the order number at hand as it is required.
