Parcel Delivery
EQ3 offers two types of delivery services based on the products you order. Smaller items, such as accessories, are delivered via parcel shipping. Orders including in-stock accessories typically arrive in 5 – 7 business days.
The retailer has partnerships with various logistical partners, and the orders are delivered Monday to Friday during regular business hours (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time).
If you order items over $200 and they are shipped via FedEx, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. As far as the shipping fee is concerned, it should be displayed during checkout.
When your order is on its way, you will receive an email including a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
Freight Delivery
In-stock and custom-made furniture is delivered by freight. Orders including in-stock large furniture typically arrive in 2 – 4 weeks, whereas EQ3 custom upholstery may take a minimum of 14 – 16 weeks to be delivered.
The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout. Herman Miller orders are shipped directly from Herman Miller for free. Such orders take 4 – 12 weeks to arrive.
Once your order leaves EQ3’s central warehouse facility in Winnipeg, you will receive a notification via email. When the order reaches the warehouse of EQ3’s logistical partner, the delivery company will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time.
Returns & Exchanges
If the items you receive are not to your liking or don’t live up to your expectations, you can return them for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. The refund is issued via the original payment method.
However, if you change your mind about the product you received, but 30 days have passed from the day you received it, you can still return it. In such cases, you will have the possibility of exchanging the item(s) or receiving store credit equivalent to the product purchase price.
In order for your return to be accepted, the items must be in their original condition and, if possible, with all packaging. You can return them by mail or in-store. In case you need assistance with your return, the retailer’s closest EQ3 location can arrange a pickup. However, there is a fee for this service.
Remember that delivery fees are non-refundable. Plus, restrictions apply. Final sale items, custom upholstery, and floor models are among the items that cannot be accepted for a return. Check the retailer FAQ page for more details on the retailer’s return policy.
