Good Neighbour Canada Online Sale and Free Delivery – What You Need to Know

Featuring a diverse selection of apparel, home items, and personal care, Good Neighbour is your one-stop-shop for quality products that will meet many of your entire family’s needs. The retailer sells fashion items for women, men, and kids, bath and body products, books, stationery, and gifts, to name a few of its main categories.

Besides its physical store in Toronto, Good Neighbour operates an e-shop where you can find the same wide variety of products and a sale section that always includes price drops on selected merchandise.

Since an e-store would be incomplete without delivery services, we took a look at what Good Neighbour has to offer in terms of shipping, and here is what we found.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Given that in-store shopping is not always possible, Good Neighbour offers different shipping services for the orders placed via its online store. The retailer ships within Canada, to the USA, and internationally.

As far as shipping within Canada is concerned, you will have the possibility to choose from three options, as we will see below. Delivery is fulfilled via Canada Post.

  • Expedited Shipping

When orders ship via this method, delivery time varies from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping address. For example, local orders are delivered within one business day, while national orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

The retailer offers free expedited shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes) shipped within Canada.

  • Xpresspost Shipping

If you need the orders to be shipped faster, this option may be more suitable. When the order is sent to a local or regional address, it will arrive the following business day. National orders will take two business days to arrive.

  • Priority Shipping

The fastest way to get your order is via priority shipping. Regardless of the shipping address, the order should arrive the following business day.

However, delivery times may vary due to a variety of reasons, such as the weather conditions. Plus, the estimates mentioned above apply from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

One of the drawbacks of online shopping is that you don’t get to try on the items you buy. When you receive them, you may find out that they don’t fit or they’re not what you expected. If that happens with your online order from Good Neighbour, you can simply return the items for a refund.

For your return to be accepted, it must be initiated within one week of receiving your package. Only regular-priced items can be returned, and they must be unworn and with the original tags attached. Sale items are not accepted for returns.

To initiate the return process, you will have to contact customer service. They will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, which will have to be written on the outside of the return parcel. Parcels won’t be accepted for delivery without this number. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

I so enjoyed the more detailed flyers. There are so many more items you used to advertise and good sales. If I don’t see any grocery items I need I don’t even bother going. Very disappointing!
