Laura Canada Online Sale and Free Shipping – What You Need to Know About

If only the latest trends are allowed to be part of your wardrobe and an update is needed in order for things to stay so, the collection at Laura might be of interest. With headquarters in Montreal, Canada, Laura is one of the go-to stores whenever you’re on the lookout for stylish and comfortable outfits for women.

Besides its physical stores, the Canadian retailer also operates an online store where you can find the same wide variety of styles and frequent discounts. Thanks to the Clearance and Sale sections, you get to save up to 70%, so even fashionistas on a budget can get new styles regardless of the time of the year.

To make sure that you can enjoy your must-haves even when shopping in-store is not possible, Laura offers various delivery services, which we focus on today. So here is what you need to know about online shopping and shipping at Laura.

Home Delivery Services

Laura’s online store features a user-friendly menu, making it easy to place an order. You can order either as a guest or by logging into your account if you have one. The shopping process is not different from the one at other retailers. Start by adding the items of interest to your shopping cart.

Once you’ve added everything you’d like to purchase, choose the shipping and billing methods. Laura accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards, or style rewards.

You can choose the order to be delivered to a specific address or a Canada Post office. Orders can be shipped even to P.O. boxes. If everything looks alright, then submit your order. You should receive a confirmation email soon after that.

Laura ships online orders via Canada Post, offering two shipping options, as you can see below:

  • Standard Shipping

If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer for your order to arrive, standard shipping is an option worth considering. When shipped via this method, orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. However, if the order is delivered to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, it will take 8-12 business days for your order to arrive.

The fee for standard shipping is $7.95 for orders delivered within Canada. If your shipping address is one of the territories mentioned above, you will be charged $24.95.

The retailer also runs a free shipping promotion, which applies when you spend $150 or more. This offer is valid only for orders shipped within Canada.

Plus, keep an eye on the retailer’s offers, as at the time of our research, Laura offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more. This is a limited-time promotion and applies only to orders shipped within Canada, except YK, NV, and TN.

  • Express Shipping

Whenever you urgently need something from Laura, the express shipping method may be a more suitable option. That’s because it typically takes 1-3 business days for the order to arrive when shipped via this method. Orders that ship to the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will arrive in 4-8 business days.

There are two fees for this service, depending on your delivery address. If the order is shipped within Canada, the express shipping fee is $14.95, while for orders delivered to the territories mentioned above, the fee is $44.95.

The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, so you will immediately know what you will be charged. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number. To check the progress of your shipment, log into your account, go to Order History, and enter this number where required.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with the items you received? You can return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Returns can be made in person at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store or by mail.

Check the Returns & Exchanges page as restrictions and exclusions apply. For example, orders that have been purchased online with a mobile payment should be returned by mail. When you return the items in-store, you will pay no return fee. However, the shipping fee is your responsibility when you return them by mail.

Regardless of the return method you choose, there are some conditions you must be met in order for the refund/exchange to take place. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by their original tags. If you return the items in-store, you will have to bring your shipment confirmation email, either printed or on a mobile device.

Remember that final sale products, such as gift cards, underwear, shapewear, earrings, hats, slippers, hosiery, tights, and socks, and those that don’t meet the criteria mentioned above are not accepted for a refund or exchange. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

You have far less on sale. We, seniors, are struggling and look forward to the weekly flyer, but there hasn't been much on there for us. Cookies pop chips etc, yes, families with kids but it doesn't do much for the old folks.

I enjoy the reviews and products that Giant tiger have to offer because that are quality brands as well as Giant Tiber price match and with todays market this is very important because of the high economy things are affordable and we enjoy the wide range of varieties .

We receive the weekly GIANT TIGER flyers but they do not contain all the sale items, so I have to check my email flyer before going across town to the store on Second Line West. Good store and excellent staff!!
