Online orders are fulfilled and shipped within one business day when the ordered items are in stock. When delivered via Canada Post, the shipping times are the following:
- 2-4 business days within Ontario & Quebec (2 days to Toronto or Montreal)
- 4-7 business days to elsewhere in Canada

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate the return, send an email to [email protected], including your name, order number, product number, product description, and why you want to return/exchange it. In case the product you received is damaged, attach a digital image of it.
Made In Canada Gifts will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number by email and instructions on how to return the items. Return the products only after receiving this number, as returns that don’t include it will not be accepted.
For the retailer to accept your return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Food products are not accepted for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost must be prepaid.
