Given the type of merchandise West of Main offers and that some items are significantly larger and heavier than others, the shipping fee is calculated by weight and shipping address.

When ordering online, you will have the possibility to select curbside delivery, a service ensured by a third-party freight company. Your order can thus be delivered to the main entrance, garage, or driveway.

West of Main Returns
Not satisfied with the items you received? You can return them for a refund within 14 days after you receive them. The products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and sometimes, a restocking and/or damage fee may apply.
Contact the retailer’s customer service associates to initiate the return process, as they will have to review and approve the return. Return the items only after this request has been approved. Refunds are made to the original payment method or store credit within 5-7 days from the date of receipt.
